Root to Rise, and catch your Stride
A Regenerative Leadership Program
you’ll love, even if you bristle at the word “leadership'“
a safe container
for folx called to nurture community
and foster collective liberation
Integrate. Regulate. Rise.
If you're carrying more than your fair share—of caregiving, mutual aid, emotional labour, strategy work, and self-support—you're not alone. And, you're not broken, you're responding to systems that are.
At flourish, we do things differently.
We don’t bypass. We compost.
We don’t externalize. We integrate.
And we don’t isolate. We build thoughtful community.
At flourish.energy we connect, co-create and rise together.

Program Highlights
Personalized Assessments
Research-backed, validated, 1:1 Wellbeing Assessment Mapping (WAM) with Dr Japji Anna Bas, PCC
Live Group Sessions
Group sessions with folx like you, showing up to meet the needs of their people and their path.
Strategic Modeling
Powerful pattern-based approaches to resolving recurring challenges with values-based clarity.
Structured Actionable Tools
A system of small powerful practices—5-10 minutes a day to ground, shift, and act in alignment.
Nervous System Agency
Kiss conditioned responses goodbye and tap into the capacity to orient your nervous system energy with intention.
This is a trauma-informed space for quiet leaders who are tender and fierce—who rise to the challenge, fight for their community, and crave space to be seen, held and challenged.
Here, we grow strategies that work because they’re aligned—with your values, your nervous system, and the ecosystems you’re part of.
This is the foundation of regenerative leadership and the better world we’re cultivating.
The invitation
Root to Rise & find your Stride isn’t just coaching, it’s a regenerative leadership series with deep roots.
Blending somatic practices, cognitive cues, and strategic action, flourish helps values-aligned folx reclaim their clarity, catch their stride, and foster much-needed systems change—without burnout. Seriously.
This offer is the fruit of decades of practice, research, and frontline experience across social ecology, justice movements, and systems change. No hustle. No guru vibes. Just real tools, genuine connection, and collective momentum—designed for the season you’re in.
If you
are called to cultivate collective liberation,
are aching for meaningful support in a community of like-minded visionaries, and
are exasperated with leadership programs that repackage the very systems we’re trying to transform,
this invitation is for you.
Apply now, and Root to Rise into the leader only you can be.

Root
The season of grounding.
We start below the surface in the proverbial soil, in the nervous system, that body that has kept score also holds wisdom.
Through Wellbeing Assessment Mapping, practices, tools and group sessions, you'll build capacity, clarify what matters, and begin to move from reaction to response. You’ll emerge with:
A clear snapshot of where you are
Tools to regulate, recalibrate, and reconnect
Roots deep enough to hold what’s coming next
-
Rise
The season of growth.
Rooted in integrity, we rise. This phase is about moving from insight into aligned action — led by your values, not urgency.
We map what matters most and begin reshaping your days, boundaries, and decisions from that core clarity. You’ll emerge with:
A refined sense of purpose and direction
Relational models that reflect your values
Practices for staying steady while stepping forward
-
Stride
The season of aligned action.
Not hustle. Not grind. Stride is about moving in cyclical rhythm — at your own pace, from your centre, rising.
You’ll build from the foundation you’ve laid, orient toward your vision, and step into your leadership with flow and integrity. You’ll emerge with:
A rooted, actionable vision
Tools for navigating complexity with clarity
A more embodied, sustainable way of leading
The journey
This is a three-season path.
Each step in the program arc grows from the strengths cultivated in the one before. Each season follows a clear, cyclical pattern:
Personalized onboarding and strategic prep
Seven weekly group sessions
A closing reflection and integration package you can carry forward
Structured, repeatable, like seasons, like science, like the wisdom of the ages. Because sustainable leadership follows a regenerative cycle: grounding, rising, then leading with aligned action.
Whether you're ready to Root in for one season or you’re curious about walking the whole arc, you're welcome here.
-
Root in the fall — to land in your body and find your rhythm
-
Rise in the winter — with clarity, boundaries, and steady leadership
-
Stride into spring — embodying leadership in motion with integrity and community, without burning out.
